“I ordered this christmas gift on 12/9. It was quite delayed, and it was impossible to connect with a real human about teh timing and even the tracking number. The chat bots made factual errors (explaining the delay by claiming I'd ordered later than I had) and when I called teh customer service line, I got disconnected rather than getting a call back or even waiting (its the holidays, I get it but don't cut people off). The gift was delivered on 12.29 and the recipient likes it, but wow, was it a struggle to get accurate information througout the process. I won't be a returning customer, unfortunately.”

“I had been looking for a world map canvas with a specific navy and gold look on canvas. ElephantStock had exactly what I was looking for. I love that they have payment options and numeras sizes of canvas. There were several options for borders as well.”

“I’m waiting to hear back from you. There was strange printing on the top of my wall art. I took a picture of the Chelsea Market NYC picture showing the odd printing. Please look at what I send and correct it! It was a gift for my grandson”

“The prints I ordered took nearly three weeks to receive. The box came opened, and has been re-taped in transit. Both print has their outer backing paper torn. One had a scratch on the frame, I am very disappointed. This cost me $440. Never again.”

“The canvas my grandson was truely loved with his mother calling it quality. The only issue we had was the "ordering in time for Christmas" advertising. Ordered 12/11/25 and the canvas was received 12/29/25, days after Christmas.”
