“I told you ten times that you had an old shipping address. I gave you the correct address via voicemail, email, and text. You ignored every one. I filled out this identical review and wrote a review and rated it the same way. No response. I want a refund! You still send me emails asking me to continue shopping but you do not reply to emails. I still need things like you sell but you do not communicate when you make a mistake so I would not trust you as far as I could spit a rat. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I do not expect to hear immediately every time but for a serious issue I think a week is more than enough.”

“Absolute perfection! I spent half my life working in midtown Manhattan and this artwork captures the city's architecture in the best light. It's on my wall, looking like a view out a window. “I loved my previous purchase, but this purchase of the Van Gogh Roses 1890 was a big disappointment. The top flowers in the painting were cut off, as was the bottom of the vase. I would like a refund to my credit card”

“I was pleasantly surprised of the quickness of shipment and the quality is amazing! I was slow about ordering online because I've had not so good luck with other companies but the picture from ElephantStock is exactly what we wanted. We ordered the floating frame around the canvas and it really sets it off. It's the perfect picture for a beach house. Great experience.....we will order again!”
