“I told you ten times that you had an old shipping address. I gave you the correct address via voicemail, email, and text. You ignored every one. I filled out this identical review and wrote a review and rated it the same way. No response. I want a refund! You still send me emails asking me to continue shopping but you do not reply to emails. I still need things like you sell but you do not communicate when you make a mistake so I would not trust you as far as I could spit a rat. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I do not expect to hear immediately every time but for a serious issue I think a week is more than enough.”
