“We purchased three portraits by John Singer Sargent. We also purchsed 2 from Famous Art. The quality of their products was better. There were no broken supports on their portraits. They came with a wire hanger, yours did not. I think that both portraits did a good job on the subjects face but the clothing lacked the "awe" appeal that even prints of the famous works contain.”

“Very happy with the picture I received. It came quickly and they kept me updated on all steps of the process. The only thing that would have made it easier was if there were directions included for hanging instead of having to find them on the website.”

“The canvas was great. It was explained that I would not to assemble the frame and install the canvas. I manage it well, but the instructions did not match the hardware. I contacted customer service and was told that they shipped the wrong mounting brackets. (In April) I followed up again last week and was told I have the correct brackets. I requested correct instructions last Tuesday and I still don’t have them. The beautiful artwork has not been hung. I am extremely disappointed!”

“My artwork Arrived Damaged. very Poor packing job. Very Inconvenient and upsetting for a $ 430.00 dollar piece. You ask how you did. Should I continue and answer that question ?”

“I did not like my order. The color was not what I expected and I had to send it back but the customer service persono did send me a return code. She helped me return it. This is the problem with ordering on line is sometimes you cannot really see the distinction. The idea was great. A light canvas and you put together the frame. It was a good idea but obviously I chose wrong. Not sure how to rate the product since it is a matter of taste. I feel like the product is good so I will give it a 4 but just not what I wanted”
