“Love my new artwork. Easy to order and received in great condition. However, there was no hanging hardware or instructions to hang artwork that came with it and that was a little disappointing.”

“Arrived safely & and went up on the designated spot on the wall with ease! Hardware was already attached! (not like other canvas art companies I might add! ) Very pleased & will be placing another order when the office gets repainted in the fall!!”

“Product came damaged reached out and said they’d send a replacement got another email a week later saying they’re still working on it now they keep asking for reviews and they haven’t even solved the problem. Will change if the problem gets solved, but as of now one star.”

We’re sorry to hear this has happened and understand how frustrating it must be to still be waiting for a resolution, especially after being advised that a replacement would be sent. Please know that we have already followed up on your case with the relevant team and are currently awaiting further updates. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the communication timeline.

“The company experience was great. I just wish that I had more closely zoomed in on all parts of the painting before purchasing it as there was a "mistake" that I will have to fix before hanging in my home.”

“Loved the picture. It goes perfectly with colors in room, especially my love seat.”

“My art came dirty (even though they SAY it's part of the design-but oddly some of it will wipe off! Should the design wipe off? Probably not, so I'm sticking with it's DIRTY) AND the hanger was attached crooked. When I spoke to customer service, they suggested I fix the hanger myself (on the art I paid over $100 for). They did offer me a 30% refund but that's a ridiculous solution/restitution since there is a 25% off coupon for anyone to order. And the customer service process I had to go through to even get offered the 30% off was very time consuming. Returning what I got. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
