“The painting came damaged. Several emails were sent to the company with pictures showing the damages on the painting and every time I followed up on the status of my refund, they would say they didn’t receive the email. I will continue to follow up. I want my money back. Poor customer service.”

“I'm disappointed in my canvas because it's very muted. I expected it to be much brighter as it's a beach shot. I asked if it would be reviewed before print if adjustments needed to be made....the reply was, yes all pics are reviewed for quality. I would have appreciated a text or call re colors in pic to see if I had a better quality picture they could use.”
