“I ordered a large wall art print. Within an hour of ordering it I changed my mind and wanted the next size down. I sent an email, and got an AI response. The response indicated that my request would be handled. My request was never handled and lo and behold. They shipped the extra large print. When I sent an email asking about the size of the print they were shipping they responded that it was too late to change the order. I sent them a copy of the AI generated email, and they told me I was more than welcome to ship back the large one and then they would ship out the smaller one. Why should I go through all this hassle when AI should’ve taken care of the issue to begin with?”

“Small order just checking for quality and I'm happy to say, very satisfied! As a retired picture framer, I've been out of the art connection for a while. Now with my vacation home, I'm happy with hanging canvas art on my walls. I will be adding my treasured framed pieces into the mix. A reorder is in the future, for sure.”

“Ordered on February 5, 2026 and did not arrived until February 26, 2026. Picture was not secured in the frame and to fix it had to rear off the backing. Disappointed in the lack of attention, looks like it was a rush job.”
