“The frame wasn’t put together correctly. The glass and the picture were behind the metal bars. The metal bar should’ve been behind the picture. I’ll upload a picture so you know what I’m talking about. I was able to fix it by ripping off some of the brown paper off the back. I’m hoping the glass is not scratched by the metal hooks that hold it in place that were in front of it instead of behind it.”

“Although the image is beautiful, the picture came damaged. Frame is damaged in one corner and also, the actual print and plexiglass was not in place at all. When I laid it out on the counter it fell towards the back of the frame.”

“My first order with ES was great. My second was not. I paid $229 for a poster glued to a piece of board, inside a plastic frame. In addition the cardboard inside the picture frame was not centered toward teh front of the frame, so we had to remove the paperbacking and push the poster towards the front of the plastic cover . Terrible.”
