“I absolutely love the colors! And the person I gave it to loved it as well. The only problem is it came in the mail two days after Christmas?? I ordered it on the 10th and your website says 5 to 7 business days so I don't quite understand that. Other than that though print is beautiful”

“It was a late delivery even though I ordered it on Dec 5 I recd it on Dec 23, I left to go celebrate with my family and was not able to give it to the person I bought it for. So very disappointed Never again will I use this company.”

“I am truly happy with the 5 photo canvas prints I had done with Elephant Stock. However, would it be possible to reprint one of my 14x14 photos from my collection? I would be happy to return the one that turned out darker than expected so you could reuse the frame. I understand there will be an additional cost.”

“Tried to call. No number. Ordered December 4th Never was tracking information. Then on Christmas Eve said delivered and it was never delivered.”

“I placed my order on 12/7, so I could receive it before Christmas. It wasn’t delivered until 12/27. It didn’t even ship out until 12/19. When I sent an email, I got the response that due to the holiday, anything ordered after 12/10, maybe 12/12, would not be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas, which was totally contradictory to the issue I emailed about. I won’t be buying from this company again.”

“Very disappointed, item purchased on Dec 7th at the time was informed to expect delivery in 5-7 days, this item was not delivered until Dec 27th - this was a Christmas gift and had I known it was going to take so long to arrive I would not have purchased, NOW I HAVE TO SHIP THIS LARGE ITEM AT MY OWN COST”
