“Very disappointed… The canvas looks nothing like the photo that we sent in”

“Beyond disappointed. I purchased a photo wall art for my daughter for Christmas of her and her fiancé from their engagement photos. I ordered it before the delivery cut off date of December 12th. It did not arrive for Christmas and is still currently in transit. Elephant Stock should not have ensured Christmas delivery. I would have never placed an order knowing it would not have arrived. It is now after Christmas, the wall art has not arrived, and my daughter has now returned to where she resides. I am now going to have to spend money to have it shipped to her.”

“Beautiful! Though the ordering/ processing procedure in the beginning days was a little worrisome. Customer Service took charge and made everything right. Xmas order, so processing and delivery was tight. Took care of everything! My picture to canvas are was BEAUTIFUL! Wife was very happy, which of course, made me happy. Smiles all around for this company and their product. Ordering more, and highly recommended.”

“Responsive to questions during Christmas season. Map with countries in dark color make it difficult to read black lettering. My order was a smaller map which might have contributed to the distinction difficulty. My wife was pleasantly surprised with her Christmas gift.”

“Took almost a month to get my order , and when I reached out to you to cancel the order I got a email saying it was shipped but no tracking info was sent to me , i was surprised that amazon delivered my painting ! I was shocked to see how cheap and horrible the packing was ! Never again will I ever order anything from you again !”

“I absolutely love the colors! And the person I gave it to loved it as well. The only problem is it came in the mail two days after Christmas?? I ordered it on the 10th and your website says 5 to 7 business days so I don't quite understand that. Other than that though print is beautiful”

“It was a late delivery even though I ordered it on Dec 5 I recd it on Dec 23, I left to go celebrate with my family and was not able to give it to the person I bought it for. So very disappointed Never again will I use this company.”
