“I purchased the Dandelion Seeds Wall Art Framed Canvas (37" x 25"). While I am very impressed with the quality and find that the piece looks exactly as pictured online, it doesn't coordinate as well as I'd enviosioned in the intended space, so will be returning it. Despite the return, I would highly recommend this product to others.”

“I was very disappointed when I received my framed print recently. The description on the website said "premium wood frame". I received a frame that appeared to be some kind of plastic veneer and the 4 edges of the frame were scuffed. The acrylic overlaid on top of the print was so thin and had so much glare on it. I ended up taking it to a frame shop to have it re-framed.”

“Waited almost 4 weeks order came in with impressions on every corner from the plastic. Have tried n tried to get corner block indentations out. A little better but still not perfect. I had to follow up several times to find out where my shipment was when I tried to cancel it showed up two days later.”

“First of all, my order was a week late. On the day that it was originally supposed to arrive, I sent an email inquiring about my order because according to the tracker, it showed that it wasn't even packaged yet. It took two days, other than the AI email for a human to respond. Because of my inquiry, I was sent the Fedex tracking number but for another 4 days, the website showed that the packing slip was done but my package was never picked by FedEx. I sent another email and it took 2 days for a human to get back to me. Terrible customer service. When I received my order, the frame was damaged and one of the frames didn't even have a hook to hang. I really wanted your company to work out as I was intending to order more wall art for my new home but wanted to start with one order first. Big mistake! I will not be ordering from you again and will not recommend to anyone else. I thought about returning my order but the thought of having to deal with your company again was not appealing so I will try to fix the frames myself. I am including pictures of the poor quality.”

“I love my prints....but the boxes that they came in were distroyed. One was totally drenched on one end and the other the box was barely holding itself together with the way it was taped closed. They did not sit on my porch at all~brought inside right way when delivery driver dropped them off. Thankfully the product inside each box was okay. Cannot wait to get them on the wall.”
