“I love the picture but the frame was delivered broken in the right hand corner. I had two separate orders for two pictures. The second order was paid for and I received a thank you for your oder. No tracking number. I have called, emailed and left a voice message with zero response.”

“Very disappointed. I didn’t purchase a photograph 70”x40” to be rolled up and I had to put together. I paid all its $300.00 for this piece. I expected it to be delivered and ready to be hung. I don’t want to my time building and hiring it done. I’m returning it on Monday.”

“I love the print & very happy with the frame but after hanging I noticed the super thin mat is RIPPLED. Obviously it was not mounted correctly. I threw out the box after opening so I’m stuck with the rippled framed print. Very disappointed.”
