“Repeated Promises, No Follow-Up, 1-Star Experience This is my first negative review, but it’s warranted. I ordered two matted and framed pieces and immediately noticed my old address had auto-filled. I contacted customer service and was assured in writing that my shipping address had been corrected. Despite this, the package was sent to my former home. When I reached out again, I was promised follow-up—but never heard back. Meanwhile, ElephantStock repeatedly emailed me asking if I was enjoying my art before resolving the issue. My husband and I had to make a 150-mile round trip to retrieve the artwork ourselves, luckily the new homeowners held it for us. The art itself is beautiful, but when a company ignores its own written assurances, fails to follow through on support, and solicits feedback prematurely, it’s impossible to rate the experience anything higher than 1 star.”

“I purchased two framed canvas pictures, and they came out beautiful. This is my first order with Elephant Stock, and it will not be my last. The packaging for shipping was amazing. I was very pleased with every aspect.”

“I found really lovely artwork and was able to select great frames for the art too. One of the three frames didn’t have the sawtooth hanger well attached. I ‘fixed’ with glue and all is now hanging beautifully. Contacting customer service was very disappointing. They’re supposedly available 24/7 but, in fact, they are not. And then they sent me a canned response to my issue showing no one actually read what I’d written. Product was imperfect and customer service was poor. I’m happy with what I purchased but won’t buy from them again and don’t recommend them.”

“I ordered four pieces of art, all different sizes. The shipping of the pieces were delayed by several days which was disappointing. However, I called and they made it right by providing a discount. Was very happy with the customer service and the company taking responsibility.”

“The photo is not an accurate picture of an F-4 fighter. The landing gear is not correct at all. That is all I see when I look at it now. Plus, the hangers were not level so I had to purchase new ones so all 3 pictures were even.”

“Item is lovely and fits well but delivery was unacceptable. Item was dumped on a snow bank on the left of the driveway entrance rather than in front of the garage. Driveway is 1500 feet long if not more, I'm 81 and very burdensome for me if left unprotected for anyone to steal in a difficult drop point. Driveway isn't gated, is access to house cleared and has very recently been navigated without issue by the same carrier so no reason to just dump this item at the front of the driveway. Accordingly, rating at 3 because of this.”

“I wasn’t expecting plastic when I payed a lot for a framed print..:I was expecting glass. Additionally, the paper print underneath the plastic frame is beveling! It’s not smooth. I am afraid to attempt to smooth it. Not thrilled for what I payed. The print itself is nice looking, just looks cheap.”

“Item not shipped in 4-6 days as promised. The Oder was a box of map pins. Order on Jan 22,2026. Received Feb 15, 2026. I had to ask about order because they said it was not seen. Kept getting email that my art what being made. ?? Writing this review so you are aware of what is being sent out.”
