“I am thrilled with all my purchases. The art is gorgeous; colors are rich, and framing is well done. One of the first pieces I ordered was damaged in shipping and when I contacted the company they were extremely responsive and sent a replacement quickly. Excellent customer service! “When I ordered my first painting it arrived damaged. I wanted a replacement but was told that when my return was approved I would be able to request that option. I'm not sure how that was supposed to happen, I didn't see that option given. I loved the painting so I reordered it but had to pay considerably more for it. I was disappointed that I couldn't just replace it for the same price as the original. I have since received my new order and am very happy with it but I am still annoyed at the increased price. I think that you should review the return policy to include replacements of damaged goods at the original price. Thank you, Pam”
