“Shipping took 22 days!!! Item was ordered on December 6th, received on December 28th. I could have walked to Texas from Utah and received it faster. Super disappointing. I understand it's the holidays, but don't advertise 10-12 days delivery if you can't deliver in the time listed on your website. FedEx is trash, everyone knows this, you have to add 2-3 days on top of their delivery estimate. Will not recommend anyone who uses FedEx.”

“Item was as described. However ordered on Dec. 7th and was to be a Christmas gift however was not shipped out until Dec.24th and did not receive until Dec. 28th. Will not be buying from here again the shipping and handling time was to long. Would have to order a month plus to get on time.”

“This is our second order. We were super-pleased with our initial purchase so we ordered another print; however this one does not live up to the quality of the first. It’s very washed out in the center - almost white.”

“So glad I found this website. Huge selections of All types of artwork. Depending on how you want it framed, spend as little or as much as you want. Only thing I'd like to have seen is updates on shipping but my artwork arrived exactly when ElephantStock said it would.”

“You can trust Elephant Stock for beautiful art but expect to wait a while for it. Mine took 15 days from order date to delivery date. I was charged upon ordering.”

“Unhappy with my experience with Elephant Stock and would advise against using them to others in the future. Order was placed on 12/11/25 and was told it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Several attempts were made to contact Elephant Stock when I discovered that the delivery company never received the package. I was never able to get past the AI email which was never able to answer my queries. The items I ordered was a Christmas present. It never arrived on time and was actually delivered on 12/26/25, 15 days after it was ordered.”

“Very pleased with the item and with your customer service. I had to return my first order because I forgot to personalize it. Your service on the return and the second order I placed was excellent. I was worried about receiving my order by Christmas so I got in your chat queue. I was unable to connect with someone before I had to go to work, so your service representative emailed me with the status. My item did arrive by Christmas. Thank you!”
