“The map looks nice hanging on our wall BUT the print is so small and faint that we cannot read it. Our son was trying to help us locate the names of rather big cities and we just could not find them because the print is not legible. We knew where to look but the name was either not there at all or the print was impossible to read. We could not see Bora Bora or Tahiti in the South Pacific. Only on city in Hawaii is indicated. Maybe our map is not typical? Perhaps it is defective?”

“I ordered a large wall painting. It arrived in fabulous condition. The self assembly instructions for the frame were easiest as can be. It looks amazing in my home. I will definitely be working with elephantstock.com again.”

“Product was as expected! Beautiful! Order process was easy, expedious and convenient. Nice touch with the personal agent calling to ensure that if there were any issues I had a person that I could talk to directly. Thanks! Currently no issues. Will let you know any issues once I start pushing pins into the Map. Price was reasonable. Being in the Military and traveling all over the world a larger version with more locations would have been a bonus. Perhaps you can make a world map in 4 sections, with each section being 34 X 51?”

“I ordered a painting for my daughter for Christmas. It was ordered the end of November and was delivered 2 1/2 weeks later damaged now we have to take a huge painting to FedEx get it shipped back and by the time we receive a painting Christmas will be over”

“The color of the picture I received is very dull compared to the pic on my phone . Being a picture on the Caribbean , bright blue and greens. Also there is A LOT of the panoramic picture not in the frame. I specifically chatted with a rep before ordering because in the preview picture I noticed much of the picture not in the frame. I asked if this was what is actually coming and they told me that was just the way the website projects the picture . But no it’s correct . Lots missing .”

“I will be glad to send a video after my son has opened his gift because it is all wrapped. I am a bit disappointed because I sat and searched and compared between maps and companies to see which one would be more clear and when I received yours, it is very difficult to read the names of the places, it is not as clear and distinguishable as on your website. I am expecting a second one any day, which is a little larger, and I am really hoping that it will be much clearer and easier to read as we love to travel You will hear from me again after my son opens the gift”
