“Rating: 1/5 Stars I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers. I recently purchased a framed map. While the picture itself looked good, the framing was a disaster. The craftsmanship was poor, resulting in cracks on all four corners of the frame right out of the box. I attempted to do the reasonable thing and contact the company for a replacement, but their support system is non-existent. Phone support is a dead end. Calls either disconnect or you are told you will receive call back which never happens The Live Chat is misleading. I was explicitly told a customer service rep would call me back within 15 minutes. No one ever did. Emails are ignored after several sent to supprt line and return line. It doesn't matter how nice the print is if the product arrives broken and the company refuses to acknowledge you. Strong companies stand behind their products; this one hides behind broken phone lines and chatbots. Save your money and buy from a company that actually answers the phone.”

“Love the painting. Looks great on our blue wall. It is worth noting that the piece is not evenly weighted so we had to remove and reinstall the sawtooth hanger (that was centered) for the piece to hang level. This might be an area for better quality control.”

“Product was acceptable; however, the timeframe for completing production and shipping was not in that I requested an expedited order. It significantly delayed completion of my project. If it could not have been expedited, I should have been informed so I could make other arrangements. Customer service did not return my initial call, but then the follow-ups were simply status reports - not the expediting of my order. Since the representative was pleasant and apologized for the delay, I will place at least one more order to determine if this was an anomaly.”

“Ordered a painting - which turned out to be a poor artistic choice. The quality appeared excellent and everything arrived in good order. We decided to return the picture after opening the box and found the return process to be outstanding. We emailed Elephant some information and received a free return FedEx label the next day,”
