“The picture is beautiful but I just don’t understand how every picture says it’s been shipped and then it sits in shipping for days until I complain. This is frustrating”

“At first I was very disappointed. I don't know what happened, but it seems like the picture was put in the frame quickly. The pins holding the picture in were in front, not in back. The back was sealed. I was able to unseale the back and move the pins to the correct position. In so doing, it caused a small tear. The frame had a very rough corner. Luckily it would be hard to see the defects in the place where I am hanging it. The company offered me a discount Even though the discount relieved some negative feelings I am not sure i would order from them again. These defects should have been caught before it was mailed to me.”

“The customer service has been horrible. The sizing was incorrect. I purchased 2 prints and apparently the sizing is for both prints combined not the one print. This is so confusing. I had extreme difficulty speaking to a live person to finally be told I can return my item however I keep requesting a return label. Sadly will not be ordering again.”

“I ordered 3 items, all of which were canvas. The first picture was a mistake on my part - I accidentally ordered a canvas picture in 3 sections. The picture was fine, but those just aren't my cup of tea ( again, my mistake)The next two were perfect.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of a triptych and found the return process surprisingly easy! At the same time I ordered the correct size and the piece is beautiful. Clear crisp photograph of aspen trees in the woods with a green fern filled ground covering. Just beautiful and perfect for my guest bedroom. I ordered a framed canvas with a walnut frame. Gorgeous.”
