“Picture and frame looked great but I had to have someone take the hooks off and put them on the correct side. They had it set for the picture to be hanging upside down which is not what I would have expected after spending hundreds of dollars.”

“GM, My art arrived no damage but definitely not worth what I paid. I had received my first art work from you in February/March 2026 and it is great. I expected same type quality for price but this picture (photo) is not. It's ok. I both times suggested that shipping and communication be improved. Thank you for the opportunity to provide constructive criticism that I hope will assist in growing Elephant.”

I want to return the shelf because it’s not what I expected and it has an inadequate paint job.
