“Print was not exactly as I hoped. Tried to return and not getting any help whatsoever. Not able to put picture of print into computer, and am getting no help. Was going to order an exchange, but not ever.”

“Hello, I love the One Line Jazz design and the frame assembly is very good... but the fabric makes it look kind of cheap on the wall. It seems to be semi-transparent, making it appear as if it's aged and that the white is discoloring. I assumed it would be canvas rather than cloth. Canvas would allow the background while color to be solid and even. Not sure what I will do with it. It's a little more disappointing, rather than striking on my wall. Thanks, Nick Kilburg (563) 590-8052”

“It was a gift for my daughter’s birthdate, and thank you, it came right in that day!! I had it frame, and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined! And she lived it. I have an obsession of Christmas Snowmen scenes, and the picture, was spot on. Thank you Lois”

“I SO wanted to give them a second 5 star rating. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality assurance is above reproach. Absolutely beautiful work. I had my photos converted to canvas art, both times. My only concern, and I repeat, my ONLY concern is the shipping time promise. I'm assuming converting photos to print as opposed to preparing and shipping in stock prints adds another step, or steps to the process. If so, they should state that. They quote 4 to 6 business days. 1st order took 11 days, 2nd also took 11 days. Customer Service was very helpful (AI) If they said delivery for custom orders would be 8 to 12 days, I still would of ordered. They offer much, much more than their competition. Again, so wanted to give another 5. Maybe my next order. Yes, I will order again.”

“I loved my framed art however it came with a chipped frame and I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times without any reply. I would love to give it a 5 Star, but I just can’t with customer service not replying.”

“Love my 90x60 Feel art! Easy to assemble... just don't use the middle brace they send with it. That middle brace isn't included in the instructions and when you install it, it causes the bottom to kick out from the wall. It doesn't need the middle brace anyway. The frame still kicks out at the bottom a little without the brace but we used the picture hanging Command Strips and no more kick out. Fixed our huge empty wall.”

“I like the large scale but in reality, it is just a screen print rather than a work of art with dimension and texture. Somewhat disappointing as I vacillate between it looking cheap and actually providing color and scale that I wanted in the space. Frame came together easily and instructions were clear. Reality a quality not meeting expectations.”
