“The communication was excellent and the artwork beautiful. One thing I would suggest is to use wire on the back of the artwork for more professional, efficient framing. Sawtooth hangers are terrible and make it very hard to install pictures evenly, especially when there is more than one sawtooth hanger involved. It’s also not very secure on the wall. I now have to buy wire and other relevant pieces and install them on the artwork in order to properly hang it on my wall.”

“I ordered my large framed artwork almost a month ago and to date have only received the bracket that the artwork will rest upon behind my couch. I ordered artwork from several art houses at the same time and have received everything except from Elephant stock.”

“What fun! The choice of subjects and colors for artwork is astounding. The only problem you'll encounter is which one to choose. My son loved the "My Goodness, My Guinness" canvas for his game room. It arrived just a few days after ordering. In perfect condition! He sent photos of the bright, cheerful canvas. I'm ordering for my lanai tonight. Just can't make up my mind which one!”

“While product was exactly as expected, correspondence with you was far from it. Several times I clicked on "Track your order" only to see " No Orders" found. That's when I started calling you...twice....on hold a long time..no answer.....was NEVER told it was shipped....sowed up on my doorstep when I wasn't home...thankful local " porch pirates" were not around....you need to fix this system”

“The picture I received is flawed. It's a black and white canal scene in Amsterdam with a red bicycle in the foreground. The red coloring on the bicycle is also on the front and back tires, which it shouldn't be. It looks slapped together.”

“Very happy with my new barn artwork! The frame looks elegant and work perfectly in my living room. Elephant website was very easy to navigate and make choices. The price was good too! We had a small delay in shipping, where it got hung up in one location, but that wasn’t the fault of Elephant.”
