“They are a scam! I ordered a wig 2 months ago and when I never received it because of alleged courier problems I contacted their customer service, to which they urged me to wait a bit more and if I still didn't receive my order to request a full refund. I've sent several emails and no response ever since I asked for my refund. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest.”
