“Our daughter (age 7) was very intimidated with reading but loved audiobooks. We attempted various reading programs but Ello was the one that “stuck” for her! She has read 70 books in two weeks of utilizing the app and a noticeable increase in her confidence towards read alouds have taken place. As a mom of multiple, I also greatly appreciate the AI assistance with her reading! Such a fantastic app and will continue to use for the reading to come! Thank you for making reading such a fun, positive, and exciting experience for kiddos like our daughter.”

“My child is loving Ello! She even chooses to do it without me suggesting it most days, which is one less thing for me to worry about then. Her favorite part is probably being able to create her own stories, while my favorite part is watching her confidence and reading fluency improve so quickly!”

“We were early Ello subscribers where we received books. Over time we found that our son started using the iPad only. Now that Ello has gone to app only and no books, it is so convenient. I can not speak highly enough about Ello and how it has helped our son's reading grow! The audible feedback is amazing!”

“Love this for my kids! Trying to get them a head start in learning and this helps! I’m a mom of 4, with the oldest almost 5, so this helps to channel some extra energy into a calm way and also excites them! They love completing quests and making their own stories! Sometimes I feel like hearing Ello correct a word versus me, they like the cartoon elephant better. This is building confidence in my 2 older kids (4) and (3) years old. We aim for at least one story each day, sometimes more if they’re really into it! We’ve had the app for about 2-3 weeks and we all love it!”

“Fantastic start to the Ello experience. The biggest struggle with my dyslexic child has been the lack of willingness to do the work to learn how to read. We've tried a number of different options but Ello is the first to hit the right combo of gamification and education focused on struggling readers. I'm hoping to see Ello add in more phonics-specific training that is customized to each student. Add in more phonics and dyslexia focused tools and Ello will start being used very widely throughout schools to atone for the years of skipping science of reading tactics in reading education.”
