“Based on the size chart the sizing I chose should have been perfect. Three blouses were too large. I purchased then for $75 but wanted to exchange them. I found out the return cost is $150 double what I paid for the blouses. I was hoping to get some assistance sending the blouses back in order to exchange them for sizes that fit. I had spent months looking at Elvi's site and searching reviews to see if it was a trustworthy brand and good quality. After 3 months I finally got the nerve to purchase three blouses. I was very excited to receive them and very sad when they ended up being too large. Every single other Plus Size clothing vendor I have purchased from in over 6 years has an excellent return policy. Because they understand that plus size clothing is not standard and it is important for customer's to find clothing that fits correctly. If the return price was between $7-$10 I would have no problem paying to send the items back but $150 is far too much. Now I am stuck with three blouses that are too large and am out the $75 I spend on the order. I emailed customer care twice hoping for some assistance but received once sentence responses. I work in a returns department so I understand how hectic it can get to be but I also understand that customer satisfaction is the ultimate end goal. I feel like Elvi has been lacking in that department. Good quality clothing, sizing runs large and poor customer service. Thank you.”

“Fit is too small, colours are nice but the fabric looks cheap!!! Very disappointed with the overal effect as I bought it to wear to a wedding. But it is being returned immediately”

“The so-called pleated skirt is made from poor quality denim.It was folded in a way then made creases...no tissue paper.I tried to iron it but that made the pleats come out.I amazed you are selling this skirt......I could only wear it in the garden or in the house”

“I have written a review that has not been published! Two buttons missing and sleeve not sown need dress so Mum repaired during the night side seem came undone was plenty big enough so not strained will be sending you the poorly made item back for your purusal just glad I didn't pay full price a shame as I love Elvi clothes”

“I need to return my order and I'm finding it very difficult to use collect plus it says it simple, but it really is not I was out for hours trying to find a place and I had no hope so disappointed with the service and anoyyed that I can't return it I would like my money back.”

“I purchased all of these clothing I thought they were listed in US sizes but they were listed in UK sizes. I can't fit any of them and I went to return them and it's almost $100 and I paid a little over $100 for the clothing ????????”

“This order was just a mess. The pu trousers ripped at the waist band whilst out which was most embarrassing - the fabric had not been sewn together properly and where there is an elasticated gather it just fell apart. The second pair of trousers were not true to fit and were very tight. So one pair fitted perfectly and broke and the other pair did not fit at all - both pairs I ordered the same size. The response from elvi was also not what I expected. I have always been a fan of this brand and recently turned to on line shopping for the convenience, my experience is that actually you are better off with a store where you can speak to somebody when something goes wrong. Think I am going to go back to Marina Rinaldi now.”
