Really unhappy with everything in the order. Kept the skirt as it was needed. Quality, style, fit not up to usual standard and. Didn't match photos

I purchased a beautiful Elvi coat from a local retailer online. It was too tight, especially in the arms. I was happy to learn I could order direct from the Elvi website. I ordered 3 coats and a jacket in my size. When I recieved my order, all of the pieces were in UK sizes. I contacted the company for a pre-paid return label. I was told that I should have ordered my USA sizes and I was responsible for shipping the items back. Of course I ordered my sizes, that's common sense. $350.00 to ship DHL, the way the order was shipped, $100.00 at the Local post office. This is so ridiculous that they aren't assuming responsibility for shipping the wrong sizes. The items are beautiful, but the customer service is null and void. Pissed off customer!

I have had a considerable number of tops, coats etc. from Elvi over the past few years. I ordered a dress, size 18, and quite honestly was disgusted with the size, more like a size 28 plus than a size 18. it looked as though it had been worn as Badly creased under the arms, and the shape was dreadful. I am so disappointed with this item that I will not be buying from Elvi in the future. I have thrown away the packaging as I was so angry.

Although the process of ordering was straightforward and delivery swift, I had to return the jumper I'd ordered because the design and quality were poor and the fit wasn't true.

I ordered 2 items, a jacket and trousers. The trousers are very nice, but with an inside leg of 34" I would love to see the size 24 person who could fit into them !! I will have to adjust them. The jacket was of very, very poor quality. The material was cheap, the finish on the edges was poor. The collars were at different heights on each side which was not evident from the photographs. In all - not what I would expect from Elvi!

Coat was dreadfully packaged there is no way I could wear this with the amount of creases. I feel for the cost of this item the packaging was rediculous the item was rolled up to fit the small plastic bag. I cannot see with this fabric that the creases would ever come out. Very poor service from Elvi.

Quality nowadays very poor . Sizing. Completely incorrect twice now I have ordered a size 18 and been sent a 28 or thereabouts. I do not think I will try again which is very disappointing as elvi was my favourite place for trousers.

Website was easy to use and delivery was quick (considering items were coming to the states). I loved, loved, loved my items, but ordered the wrong sizes an simply wanted to exchange them. Now 6 weeks later after much back and forth with customer service I am still no closer to getting the exchange completed. Like other reviewers I will not be ordering from Elvi until the shipping and exchange policies change.

My first shopping experience on Elvi was very disappointing. My entire order was cancelled because the items were no longer available. I won't be shopping with Elvi again

Thank you for your review and for the time you have taken to write it. Once an order is placed, it can take a few minutes for the system to update the stock levels. If two customers place an order in quick succession, priority is given to the order placed first but the system can briefly show that there is stock remaining. I didn't realize that the international fee to return the clothes from the states would be more than the cost of the clothes. Nothing fit right so now I'm stuck with 5 articles of clothing.....

I REALLY LIKE YOUR STYLES BUT YOU OFFER NO FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO USA CUSTOMERS. UNTIL YOUR POLICY CHANGES I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE.

Although the delivery was very speedy I did not like the garment so returned it by collect plus. My refund was duly processed but I was charged for delivery so not happy

I object to being offered free returns only to find i would have to travel into the nearest town, paying for petrol and parking to use the so-called 'free' returns service. Why discriminate against people who don't live in towns and cities? Fairer to not offer free returns in the first place and reduce prices of clothes instead?

Elvi is a new-to-me online shop. For my first order I sent for two tunic tops, a pair of trousers and a sweater. I was very disappointed with all of them. The tunics had strange proportions, the collars were cut very high, and the fabrics were extremely cheap and felt very unpleasant. The colours weren't accurately represented on the website. The fabric for the trousers was so cheap looking I didn't even try them on. The sweater was actually a nice fluid knit, although again the colour was somewhat different to that on the website. However the sleeves were at least 6-8" too long. I'm 5ft 8" tall, so long sleeves are not something I normally encounter, but these were ridiculous. I appreciate that the colour issue could be argued to be a problem with screen resolution, but my equipment is new and high quality and this isn't a problem I've encountered with other online retailers. The poor cut and cheap fabrics is not something that can easily be explained. Why is it that plus sized retailers think that we don't want to buy nice quality at a decent price. Do they think we'll just be grateful that something fits? No. Finally, I want to be able to use the Royal Mail to effect my returns. My nearest Collect+ is a 10 minute drive and 50p parking fee. My post office is a 5 minutes walk. I shan't be ordering again!

Very disappointed. Poor cut, sleeves were out of size (too small). Stitching of poor quality under arms. Not the Elvi quality I expect to see and have seen with other items. Had to return for a refund.
