I don't know why you want to know my experience since I am so disappointed you couldn't fulfil the one order I made, and paid for, only to have an email cancelling my order within a few minutes of ordering. If an item is out of stock then don't allow innocent customers to order and pay before realising you cannot supply the item !

Can you just send the jacket as pictured on your website. If you will note from the picture below (advertised on your website), the sleeves are made with half black (looks like PU) material. I purchased this item along with the pants to wear as a modern pant suit; I don't want or need the pants without the jacket. The peacock blouse is no longer on your web page. However, if you can access your gallery of pictures, you will note that it was pictured as a hemmed garment. These issues are important to me, because of your international shipping cost. I have taken the time to make sure that I scrutinize how each garment is crafted before purchase. I am very disappointed that your quality control department is not making sure that the items pictured for sale on your website are not all the same as actual clothing that arrives via post.

I am not usually swayed by tweed but loved the look of the PU inserts which would look like leather. Well guess what. No PU inserts. They didn't even use it. So I sent the jacket straight back as it was substituted for a cheap nasty imitation that looked nothing like the pic. Not only was there no PU inserts but one huge button at the front where there were meant to be no buttons. Huge shoulder pads. Nothing like the pic so I won't be wasting my money again.

My purchase was cancelled with no explanation,, the only reason I found out was when I noticed that my payment had been refunded into my bank account and my purchase hadn’t arrived

The shipping was a disaster, plus I had to re-order everything twice. Additionally, in the webpage the clothes look amazing on the models, but in realty they are made of cheap material. Thank god, I bought something in discount and did not pay the full price. I think your design is great, but there is definitely room for improvement. Keep the good work and hopefully, you will improve your shipping department and quality!

Tiny sizes , it’s not a 22 , felt bad about my body when it didn’t fit .... I am a 20 , tiny sizes so returning

Was charged a different price than advertised on line for a skirt. Tried to call to no avail so sent message. 3 standard e mails sent in return cancelling my order for item when I had specifically asked for a refund of the difference only. So I rang Spoke to a customer agent who explained the item was out of stock although they had taken the full amount for my order. So did not receive the item! When the rest of the parcel arrived. On top of the first error in the same order you had sent me a wrong item for a sweater I had ordered. Was sent a dress made out of same fabric!! Label on dress was number for sweater although label inside the garment was a completely different number. Also in the same order I ordered a pair of trousers which when I opened had a large tear down one side. And finally a pair of jeans I ordered were shown with front pockets and arrived without, making them look more like leggings. All in all totally unacceptable. Again I spent ten minutes trying to call the customer service line with no reply. Once again I messaged through the online page and still more than 48 hours later I have had no response to my complaint. The whole experience has been extremely poor and I have been the one spending more of my valuable time trying to sort this out. I have been left feeling extremely upset stressed and more to the point out of pocket without even the courteousness of a response and an apology and a way forward to rectify this situation. I am now left with a number of items not sold as seen or fit for purpose and now have to travel to a click and collect pay for parking to return this parcel whilst this company have not even had the decency to offer an explanation. As a valid customer it is well below what I would expect from a company such as yours. I still await a call as requested in my online complaint. Order No. #56159

I order a jacket and I find the quality of the jacket not as I wanted. I decide to return my package from Belgium but I realize on the site that the return is paying. I inquire for the shipping price and it is 17euro. I feel aggrieved and completely disappointed. It gives me more desire to buy from you. it does not serve me any more to pay the post again !!! after sales service is to be reviewed completely

Problem with Royal Mail. I was not in for initial delivery, and no card left. Checked their website and re-arranged delivery for 16th Nov. They tried to deliver on Wed 15th Nov, again nobody in. I have re-arranged for 21st Nov, and we'll see what happens. I have no issues with Elvi.

Velvet jacket & trousers was rammed into polythene bag so tightly it was impossible to even consider keeping, did try on the jacket which had no look at all also nice belt but was far too small for size Did not meet never mind tie.

I've had a VERY hard time communicating with you all. When I initially ordered, I tried to talk to someone immediately about the clothes being the wrong size (US calculations). No response for 4 days. Now I am trying to return those clothes and the link on your return page about the paperwork I need to fill out doesn't even exist. I have emailed about this and again now response. I just want to return these clothes that are obviously still the wrong size and get my money back. Very poor customer service. Will not be using you again.

I'd love to write a positive review as the top is beautiful but I accidentally ordered the wrong size- even thou I was on the US version of the site it was not clear to me that the sizes were still in UK sizes. I am trying to do an exchange and cannot get a return form off the site. I have tried to contact customer service and have not been able to get a response.

I placed an order to the United States, not realizing that I couldn't return items without paying the full international return shipping rates. While I don't particularly fault UK businesses for not paying for international returns --the return policy for international orders is not stated separately in the returns section of their website. The day I ordered was advertising 'all shipping and returns free' as well. The reason I'm giving them a terrible review is not about the quality of the clothes, but simply because when I sent a message to customer service, I explicitly asked if they could provide a shipping label for the return (which would be cheaper for me, even if deducted from my refund, because of lower commercial international shipping rates/options). The response, not only didn't acknowledge this content in my message, -- I received a form email response only including a hyperlink to the useless 'Returns' section of the Elvi website. That is even missing links on it -- for UK customers. Also in my initial message, I pointed out that one item was missing from my package (a skirt necessary to coordinate with a top--a top not suitable for any other purpose than to wear with the skirt) and stated if Elvi could not provide a better return shipping option to at least please refund the cost of the skirt or send one. They also didn't acknowledge this comment in their form response, so I emailed back explicitly asking about the skirt. But I received no second response. Not only am I 'eating' the full cost of this order even though a couple items didn't fit correctly, but I didn't even receive everything I ordered. (It was my first time ordering from them -- and the sizing was not consistent. I have a top that is too small even though it is a size larger than the rest of the order. And a skirt that is too large but is the same size as all the other items) Huge disappointment. It was nice to finally see more tasteful, but trendy, plus size clothing suitable for work environments available.

The two pleated skirts I ordered had to be sent back due to both of them the pleats had fallen out very disappointed
