“Blouse loooked nothing like the one on the website. I would be reluctant to order from Elvi again, due to losing confidence in the website advertising goods as they are.”

“The leopard print coat I purchased was far too tight on the sleeves, so didn't fit. All the tops you sell are lovely, but far too short. If you have a tummy that hangs, they are really very unflattering and tend to ride up and show the world your rolls, so they were all returned. Please can you make them longer. The paper bag waist military trousers in navy are lovely, but the only item I kept out of a large order.”

“I loved Elvi when I first started shopping at Elvi's: well made clothing at reasonable prices. Then 9/23/17 order was placed. The grey boyfriend coat I ordered at $100.08. The next day Elvi had reduced the coat by $30. I emailed you asking for a credit, never heard back from you. Then I received the order. The boycott was ok but instead of the grey tweed pants I had ordered along withe the coat I received something flowery silky. I went to the post office and returned the flowery silky something in exchange for the tweed pants. It cost me $25.09 at the post office which I hope you will credit me since it was Elvi's fault not mine. So now I am waiting to hear from you re $55 credit or refund. Barbara Paolini”

“Hi there. I was super super excited to make my first purchase with Elvi! I ordered 5 items, and I liked all of them, but one of the items (an auburn pair of pleated pants) came damaged. There were 4 holes/rips in the fabric near the hemline. I was so incredibly disappointed, because I expect more from Elvi than Forever 21-like construction and foibles like that. I figured that if I was going to invest in a more expensive, unique pair of pants from a smaller company such as Elvi, that they would be a pair of pants that I would treasure for years. I love the pants, and I’m going to take them to a tailor to see what they can do. I will try to fix them and I will most likely still treasure them, but the fact that they came damaged makes me worry for the longevity and wearability of the fabric. “I’m so not sure what has happened to Elvi clothing. I have purchased some lovely things in the past. However, the dusty pink boyfriend coat - original price £89 was not even lined except in the sleeves and badly creased due to the way it was packaged. Also the fastening was rather amateurish in the way it was stitched on. Also what happened to the lovely boxes and tissue you used to pack the clothing in?”

“Very fast delivery, which is great. The outfit is beautifully made but the sizing is crazy. It should have been big and I could barely get the trousers on. No relation to what the size should have been. So I am very disappointed as I need something like this for an imminent trip. I am going to have to return it, very regretfully.”

“The item I bought had to be returned. It had a shoulder seam which did not sit properly and when worn there were two lumps sticking up, one on each shoulder.”

“When I ordered the item it was in stock payment was made and it took six days to be notified that the item was out of stock. As this was the dress I really wanted I am gutted it took so long if an item is not on stock it should register at the point of purchase not six days later. However I will not let this experience put me off I am not that fickle.”

“Ive been a customer for years now and I feel that a few seasons ago you had the style just right for the curvy woman. Flattering and trendy. However, this past year or so I feel you have been designing trendy 8/10 styles that are totally wrong on the larger frame. I have returned the white culottes as I looked like a barrage balloon! Far too full. I hope you will get your designers to rethink their designs. Also the quality of fabric and cut has gone down. Polyester??! Come on Elvi, you can do better!”

“Received my first order from Elvi. 3 items of which one is perfect, the other too big (though same size) and the last item not what I ordered. The styles and quality though seem great. The missing item was sent a week later. However the dress, that is too big and not matching the size chart still needs to be returned. At my own expense, as I live outside UK. The price of this app GBP 20,- close to the price of the dress. So despite great styles and quality, I am unlikely to return as a customer. The hassle with wrong items is to great and the price for returning too high”

“Unfortunately i pre ordered an item which was supposed to be sent out for delivery on the 14th of April but I never received it, and after 4 calls and 3 days later I decided to cancel the order. What a shame...”
