I hadn't realised the PU trousers would be faux leather - not my style at all. The other pair were not good quality, but they were cheap so I shouldn't be surprised.

Most online retailers allow you to have parcels left in a safe place, that the customer designates at the time of purchase. This is not the case with Elvi, and therefore I had to go to the Post Office to collect the parcel. This was 3 days later as I could not get there before it shut! I also think that descriptions of clothing should be accurate, the dress I purchased is on it's way back as I feel it was not as described on the site.

Click and Collect is not currently a service we operate as customers can choose to have their order delivered to an address of their choice, be it a home, work or other address. did not like the fit, style or colour. black stripe was much narrower than I expected from the picture and the material looked too shiny, will be returning this item. service and delivery was excellent

Rather disappointing sadly. ..material creases terribly and the arm width is very narrow as compared to other garments of the same size and shape.

The blazer and coat are on their way back to you, The quality is very poor, The pink blazer does not sit at the bottom hem,, it is overhanging. The coat is made of very poor fabric. Previously I have bought loads from you, latterly the quality has slipped, do you buy product in especially to discount it? It would be most helpful if you stated whether something was lined or not. I have a lovely jacket and skirt made out of the same pink fabric as the blazer, this is lined and wears beautifully. Anne McHale

no returns voucher or collect + voucher in packs when sent out making it nigh impossible to return goods without incurring cost of printing or postage this has happened on several occassions

Thank you for your feedback. Once again, Elvi wish to apologise for this. Once we became aware of this issue, an email was sent to you with a copy of the returns form and a link to where a new Collect + label could be downloaded from. The email also advised that should you not have the facilities to print, we would send a copy of both through the post to an address specified by yourself, which was done the same day that we received the address. I purchased 5 items. All tops. All too small. I bought bigger sizes usually a 22 but I bought 24 and honestly would have needed a 28.

I was very disappointed in how I received my goods. None on the items arrive on hangers. Everything was creased including my new coat! I had a mark down it and had to take it to the cleaners. Which has cost me £13.50. This was my first experience of using Elvi online and I am not sure I will be returning!!

Ordered jacket but when it came it was just a glorified fleece and not lined. Also it seemed to be small fitting for the size I ordered. Couldn't get my arms in the sleeves they were so narrow. Very disappointing. Have just returned it today. Annoyed about losing the delivery charge!!!

Hi, I still haven't actually received my purchase from Elvi. DHL (the delivery company you have used in Australia to deliver the goods to me) was not given all the address information I put in the order I processed on your website and therefore they have delivered it to another unknown address where I am not located and someone else has signed for. This is an error from your side by not giving the correct address to DHL for delivery. thanks. Laura - 0403 403 222

The jacket was lovely and at a brilliant discount but it arrived on the morning of the funeral I intended to wear it to and was badly damaged, seemingly because the hanger had been broken. Easy to return

Bought two pairs of black petite classic trousers. Returned one pair as too small. Kept larger size because of need at this time of year. Have had a knee replacement recently so shopping is rather too much to cope with yet. Impressed with quick delivery but very disappointed with the quality of fabric. Have bought this style from Elvi in the past but not the same quality now. Won't buy again which is a real let down for me as I knew the petite length was just right from Elvi.

bought 2 dresses both size 16, very very small fit for a 16 and they say its made with curvy in mind. very disappointed.

The sequin ombré dress looks nothing like the picture, it is also much shorter and I'm shorter than the model, the lining of the dress was longer than the actual dress, it also seemed to be very poor quality for the amount of money that it was worth, it looked like a potato sack with sequins on it. I am in no way a brand snob but this was my first order with Elvi, deciding to invest in a nice dress that would hopefully last, I've sent this straight back, I'm put off from ordering again.

It looked like the dream dress- the sequin tassel dress. However it was a nightmare to get one. On November 26 I placed my order and the £129 cost was taken from my credit card. After 10 days I enquired from customer services why I had not received my dress or any communication. The lady on the phone was lovely but the excuse of no return forms( waiting them coming from the printer!) seemed a bit thin. A few days later I tried again ( it will be on its way today!) but still no ne of the promised emails to alert me o it's despatch. But the next day I got a text message from Little Mistress ( who are they?) alerting me to a parcel delivery. The dress arrived in due course. I'm sure that some people will love it but it wasn't for size 14 me. Adequately roomy apart from the cap sleeves- tight and the sequins were all scratchy, making red marks on my arms. On the rest of the dress the sequins moved in strange ways making it look cheap ( not worth £129! ) I had seen an advert in Prima for their range. It doesnt promote their magazine very well. Won't be using Elvi again, they shouldn't take your money before despatch of goods.

I have bought Elvi clothes since they fist started up in our local shop, before they were online. I have, until the last few months always been able to get nice quality clothes to suit my age and build. At present there is nothing on your web site that I would dream of buying I am 5ft 1in and a size 22 how would I look in the trousers you have today.Also I need skirts and dresses cut on the flair. I am very upset about Elvi change of style.
