“Should do larger size than 26 Arms always too small , styles are fab and ordering and service great but fit is disappointing. If styles came in a 28 and 30 it would be 10 out of 10 for perfection.”

“This suedette skirt was a great buy. Material quality worth the price. Color more taupe/brown then grey. I don't mind that the bottom was unfinished. I wear a US 18 or 16W and the UK18 (US 14) fit perfectly. Prompt customer service response (within timelines as as promised on the website).”

“Quality of material wry poor, arrived very very creased, sleeves far to long. I used to buy most of my clothes from elvi in cheltenham, when you had a shop here. I have a few coats I bought years ago and they are still in perfect condition, because the quality was there, so I was dissapointed when the coat arrived.”

“It got here very, very quickly, which was amazing. The color of the coat is definitely lighter in person than in the photo; it's more of a pink-burgundy than a reddish color, but it's still cute. It also fits true to size. But please be aware, this particular coat is definitely more for fashion and style than for staying warm. The sleeves are a bit short and that's probably because they're meant to be rolled up, like in the photo. All in all, it's still a beautiful coat, but it's not necessarily for keeping warm!”

“I purchased a beautiful Elvi coat from a local retailer online. It was too tight, especially in the arms. I was happy to learn I could order direct from the Elvi website. I ordered 3 coats and a jacket in my size. When I recieved my order, all of the pieces were in UK sizes. I contacted the company for a pre-paid return label. I was told that I should have ordered my USA sizes and I was responsible for shipping the items back. Of course I ordered my sizes, that's common sense. $350.00 to ship DHL, the way the order was shipped, $100.00 at the Local post office. This is so ridiculous that they aren't assuming responsibility for shipping the wrong sizes. The items are beautiful, but the customer service is null and void. Pissed off customer!”

“I have a few Elvi items and like the fit and colours used I bought a Lambswool coatigan in Maroon ages ago, it gets lots of wear and I enjoy wearing it. The trim around the jacket and cuffs sets it apart It is Lambswool therefore lovely and warm, you can cool off by leaving the front open I was actually looking for a dark grey/charcoal coat/jacket and was delighted to find this in ELVI. I knew how it would fit and the colour is exactly what I wanted. Found other grey coats but they were too light in colour, this is just perfect Well done Elvi”
