“good quality of plus size dresses”

“I have had a considerable number of tops, coats etc. from Elvi over the past few years. I ordered a dress, size 18, and quite honestly was disgusted with the size, more like a size 28 plus than a size 18. it looked as though it had been worn as Badly creased under the arms, and the shape was dreadful. I am so disappointed with this item that I will not be buying from Elvi in the future. I have thrown away the packaging as I was so angry.”

“I ordered your palazzo pants on Black Friday and it arrived less than a week later. The clothing quality is wonderful and the clothes fit well. Consider me a new fan!”

“The experience of shopping wasn't bad at all, however the jacket that I bought was black and when it arrived it did not look like the picture, I realise that this is because not all of it showed in the photo, for instance had I realised it had a belt I wouldn't have bought it, but I didn't see it on the photo. Black is a very difficult colour to distinguish on a photo, perhaps a sketch would make it clearer what the cut is.”

“I recently ordered the sequin blazer and green pleated skirt. Firstly, delivery was so quick, ordered Friday received on Monday by 8 am. Secondly, the quality of both items is excellent! The garments fit as if they were tailored for me; I just can't wait to style the pieces up and post pictures.”

“I placed my first order over Black Friday. I was unable to use my 'first shop' coupon in addition to Black Friday prices. Then, the prices went down further on Cyber Monday. When I received my items, all of the sizing was ridiculously out. Some items were far too small, and others were absolutely massive. When I went to return, I had to use Collect+ rather than having the option of Collect+ OR Royal Mail. Due to the inconsistency in the sizing, I wouldn't order single pieces again. But having to travel to Collect+ means that I wouldn't want to order more than one size knowing I'd have to use the poor returns system. So that's me done with Elvi!”

“I was very disappointed on receipt of the coat that it was only half lined and also how small it was. It was my size (24) but I could not get my arms into the sleeves. Being plus sized, it is sole destroying that these clothes come up smaller than expected. If anything Elvi would do really well if their clothes were bigger like Wallis. Everyone knows that Wallis sizes are generous. I think you would probably sell more.”
