“I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.”

“well, we ordered a product which we received a code to activate. Lo and behold, the code did not work. When we contacted Eneba, it was sorry, but the seller states it has been activated, We lost $292. Do not trust this site.”

“Duplicate keys are sold via this platform and if you report it nothing will be done. Eneba sides with the fraudulent sellers and ignores all of your provided proof. Your money is obviously also gone.”

“I bought a Turkish Google Play prepaid card, and when I tried to use the code I got the "code already used" error message. Obviously I didn't redeem the card before, and I asked the seller to get a new card. As requested I sent all the screenshots they asked for, but after a couple of days, they said that my card wasn't used when they sent the code to me, so they refused to refund me or give me another card.”

“Scammed... Purchased a £50 Nintendo switch gift card and when it was received and inputted into my device I was told "this code has already been used" I let Eneba correct the issue and supplied all evidence they required... but nothing got done. Thank god I paid using PayPal where I now have opened a dispute against them! Would not recommend”

“Store lists a Base Game + DLC bundle steam key, then when you actually purchase it you only get the base game and have to fight your way with their support for a refund. First purchase on their website and probably the last.”

“Very very bad website Bought €50 itunes gift cards several times. One time a code was used. And just now with another purchase, i got this from eneba:' code could not be delivered automaticly, please submit a ticket '. This is smelly to me, i'm buying my codes elsewhere.”

“24 March 2022 and im also another one sold used keys by these scammers.Eneba should be taken offline. Passed around their customer services who are trained to reply the same nonsense, useless info to help. I rate this company Number 1 as the WORST in all 20 years ive shopped online. Just pay a bit extra as you think you save money buying cheap from Eneba when all theyve done is take your money and sold you something which does not work. Google Eneba and youll see about how bad they are.”

“The seller scammed me with 125 euro steam cards that were probably sold to multiple people. I tried to get help from their help desk, they gave me useless answers and asked for a lot of screens and stuff (that I always immediately provided) for like 20 days, after that they closed my case stating that I could not 100% prove that the seller was a scammer. Funny part: to prove it I would need info from the seller that he obviously doesn't provide or the full picture of the cards that they did not provide even if I asked it multiple times. End of the story: if you get scammed by the seller, ENEBA will just help the seller scamming you.”
