“It simplifies this entire process by at least 10 orders of magnitude. The user only needs to focus on content while the system completely does the design. This is even more important when you have multiple iterations for each job (which you will have). So managing each of them is necessary. Most importantly, I love that they give you a CV score for a specific job description based on how likely it is to go through the ATS. Very smart, very simple. My only issue is that sometimes the templates are too restrictive.”

“Almost perfect - my CV looks beautiful, but I cannot export the CV into Word for further refinement and personalization. Thousands of example CVs, but available templates are limited and formatting must be applied to the entire document. Ability to format background colors is limited/not user friendly. The AI to write cover letters based on job description is amazing.”

“The UX experience is amazing. Really! The AI function is super helpfull and the functionalities are really good. I just rated 4 stars beacuse there is no option to download in word version, unfortunatelly, which is frustrating. I understand but I don't agree.”

“Amazing cv so pleased with it It has delays in spell check I sent cv out with typo so need a day or 2 to get used to tool Not fastest to update small changes Would be good if can export to editable format”

“I generally like this product. Good: - templates - general ease of entry and interface - ATS checker interface - AI generation is decent but I still need to contribute most of the writing Opportunities: - AI features and "suggested improvements" seem a little buggy. Sometimes they kind of randomly show up, or I have to refresh the page or something - I wish I had folders in the "my documents" section just to keep things a bit more organized”

“Gives ample of flexibility in desiginf the CV to achieve the desired look & feel... It is the final impression that I wanted to create that gave me satisfaction ! It can be better if video animated resume feature too is incorporated e.g. Video animation of a human shaped body (using my profile pic) visiting different countries as per work location, etc. Good Job nevertheless !”

“The experience is good, but all tasks under a job cannot have a numeric value, particularly for someone who works in the non-profit/ development sector. Additionally, it does not give an option to make a CV shorter. For example, my CV is one and a half pages and I wanted to bring it down to one page. Neither the formatting nor the customization section provides suggestions on how to do that. Additionally, I rated the CV developed by Enhancecv using the free version, and the scoring is lower than the paid version score. More template designs without pictures should be provided. As, I prefer not to include my picture in the CV”

Hi Nadia, thank you so much for the thorough review! All of our templates can be used without a photo – just click on the photo and click the Delete button to remove it. Here is what you can do to try and fit your resume on one page. All of the options are available in the left sidebar under "Design & Font": - Adjust Page Margins: Make them narrower; - Adjust Section Spacing: Make it more compact; - Adjust Font Size: Make it smaller; - Adjust Line Height: Make it more condensed; - Edit sections to reduce the number of active fields (you can access these controls through the Settings ⚙️ menu of each section) and / or reducing the number of lines in text fields; - Change the design of some of the sections so they take up less space – some sections have options (again in the Settings ⚙️ menu for each section) about not only which fields are shown, but also what design they are using, and some are more condensed than others.
