“When I purchased the six-month service in Aug 2020, I thought it's a one-time purchase and did not expect Enhancv to do a recurring charge for another six-month service on my account until I got a notification from Paypal. I contacted their customer service three times but did not get any response. Therefore, I reached out to Paypal, since the transaction was through Paypal. They helped me cancel the billing agreement with the merchant on Feb 23, 2021. When I reviewed my account on the website of Enhancv on April 15, 2021, it shows that my plan was expired on Feb 24, 2021 (I think because Paypal canceled the billing agreement with Enhancv on Feb 23, 2021). That means, I paid for a service that claimed to cover a plan from Feb 20, 2021 to Aug 19, 2021, but it has been expired since Feb 24, 2021.”

“Very disappointed and apprehensive at the moment. I paid for the service with an understanding that an appt to speak with a writer would happen in a matter of days. I signed up on May 11th and I wasn’t able to get an appt until May 26th. Definitely not giving me the confidence my resume and cover letter will be what I need. I paid extra to be a pro member for the extra benefits but I have heard NOTHING from the company after my payment, scheduling my appt and a couple very generic emails. THIS has been the only contact I have received in days.”

“Over a year ago my husband sign up and had help with building his resume. The resume was good. However when the subscription ended, we elected not to renew. But we still kept being charged. So we followed the directions on how to end subscription...but there was no subscription to end. So we took card info and everything off the account...we were still being charged monthly. Went back into the account, there was absolutely nothing there to stop. So we deleted the account. Guess what? I looked at my bank account. I WAS CHARGED THIS MORNING! I DON’T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT! This has been going on for about a year now!! Ridiculous!!!”

“If you're like me, and you find formatting your resumé frustrating, then enhancv.com is for you! There was a good selections of template styles to choose from (I chose a cool looking modern design) and what's more the templates were easy to use. The grammar and formatting feature took the worry out of having any spelling, grammar, and formatting mistakes. The best part, however, was the ATS analysis feature. It compared the job description to my resumé and scanned for keywords. An initial score of 50% signaled that I needed to retool and reword my resumé to better match what recruiters were looking for in the ideal candidate. After doing so, I achieved a score of 100%. I also used one of the templates for a cover letter, which nicely matched the style I chose for my resumé. My only wish was for the ability to use ATS to scan my cover letter for keywords. Other than that, I was completely satisfied! I highly recommend trying it out for at least a month.”

“I Was almost going to buy the paid plan. Being an analyst and experience in marketing saved me. Uploaded my cv. Then ATS score was 35. Then created with enhance and downloaded the pdf. Converted it to Word and kept one file with water mark and one without. Then ran two tests.. Wow.. the one with water mark had 99% ATS score and the same one without had 27%. :D”

“Solid tool, easy to use, crisp results. I do question the generative AI's capability on ATS alignment as all roles showed a standard 97%. Summary recommendations could be more polished.”

“Waste of time. It was fun to use, however, the "free" plan isn't free. It is free to use online. Then once you have wasted your time using the tools and go to download your shiny new CV, they tell you you need to upgrade. In addition, it is quite annoying to edit text as it keep advertising it for features with pop-ups that block you from editing your CV sections, telling you you need to correct something, but it won't tell you what unless you pay.”

“Overall it's a nice platform/tool. However, more advanced options are missing which sometimes match your exact needs. Options like: Adjust text size of a certain section only(Eg. FIND ME ONLINE); Adjust space between the elements of a certain section (Eg. LANGUAGES); Enlarging the picture size, or use ellipse form; Set book title next to the book image;”
