“Templates need to be improved. More flexibility should be provided when editing the document. Improve your Saas product. You’ve got just an average service, nothing more.”

“I didnot get how i can get free ITIL cerification”

“There are many problems for me. For example, I choose the "PROJECT" section but I can't remove "project name" part(I don't want to write it, I just want to write a short description) and when I download it appears on my cv as "project name" but I didn't write there anything..... I want to put "bullets" in a custom section but I CAN'T.. why? .. or I can't design sections part by part .. or I want to copy my all skills to the skills section but I can't because I only can copy 1 by 1 why? I had to write them 1 by 1 and when I forgot to write something between them I can't write, it doesn't work when I click so I had to delete the last skills and add a new skill in the middle and then write the rest once again...or I can't write experience more than 12 item. Whyyy? ..or I can't add icons in the first section ..or I can't download my cv as in a "word format" (other cv prepare websites provide that) ... etc etc etc.. so many problems. Clarusway provided it but it is not so useful in my opinion. On another website, I spent 10 minutes arranging my cv but here I struggled for more than 1 hour maybe.”

“Very minimal recommendation to build the CV. The focus is mainly on aesthetics. Deducting renewal charges without any prior notice via mail or on the website is very unprofessional when an auto debit mandate has not been provided, very unprofessional act.”

“I have a problem with content improvements it seems to be working sometimes and sometimes not , i submitted a cv with really embarrassing typos that frustrated me”

“The app/website is an interesting tool for building CV/resume and cover letter. But it mostly helps with the design, rather than the content. It gives very general tips that you may find in the internet after some prep search in advance. Also, the tool resources is very limited in terms of customization.”

“Wish there were more templates, I come back after 2 years and the interface is still kinda buggy and not many new features. I also wish there was a short-term or spot edit payment versus adding a new subscription. Why? Because I have a job, but I want to apply for 1 job that is of interest. I needed to do a quick resume update and cover page and to do that I needed to active subscription then cancel it. I will move away from Enhancv.”

“Attention, payment goes on without notification! It is not clear that the "monthly plan" is a continuous plan and it is not obvious how to cancel (I found it via the Help function). I would suggest an option to buy just 1 month access or a monthly reminder from Enhancv that the next payment is coming up, with an easy cancel access. The tool itself is userfriendly, so with a more transparent customer service, the customer experience would obtain a "honest feeling" and only then we would recommend it.”

“Very disappointed and apprehensive at the moment. I paid for the service with an understanding that an appt to speak with a writer would happen in a matter of days. I signed up on May 11th and I wasn’t able to get an appt until May 26th. Definitely not giving me the confidence my resume and cover letter will be what I need. I paid extra to be a pro member for the extra benefits but I have heard NOTHING from the company after my payment, scheduling my appt and a couple very generic emails. THIS has been the only contact I have received in days.”

“The platform itself is sleek and your resume looks great but I ran into several formatting and syncing issues. I would spend an hour making edits then close the doc after it had confirmed that my updates had been saved. I'd go to open it again later and all my updates were gone! I also ran into formatting issues that forced me to start an entirely new resume. The worst part is, I messaged them about this because I would have kept paying for their service if they tried to help but I never received a response.”

“Абонирах се за PRO subscription и съм изключително разочарован. Upload-нах си resume, което съм правил преди време през вашата платформа и системата ви го качи в отвратителен формат, който няма нищо общо с оригиналният файл. Заплатих PRO само за да си обновя resume-то и сега благодарение на неработещата ви платформа, се налага да го пренапиша наново. Със сигурност не бих използвал повече, за съжалениe”

“I uploaded a resume that I already created via Enhancv so I can edit it, and the system uploaded it in very bad format and I cannot edit it so I must do it all over again. I am unsatisfied with your PRO plan and I am sorry I paid for it.”
