“The concept was great allowing you to choose from many great templates. It was not very easy to edit due to the different "boxes". I think the WORST part of all is after spending hours working on a CV and you reach the part where you need to download that's when you're told that 1: only some premium features can be downloaded and 2: the "free" version has the logo. Worst experience ever and grand waste of time.”

“Guys, please do not opt. first they charge you $3 and then without any notification deduction of +$23 is being made. its a trap, please don't fall for it and then the "contact us" feature isn't very effective as they take a day or so to reach out. there are other better platforms available. I thought I signed up for $3 and for last 3 months its +$23.”

“Stay away from this company. Customer support is rude. You don't have option to customize the font size. Resume spell check will not find the issue. You will get some random suggestions to improve your resume.”

“No need at all to pay for this service since there are free options available on the web (so simple as Google docs and Microsoft word templates etc.). After you make the payment then you are “stuck” there because you have to keep paying to make any small changes in your CV. Really a lot easier to have it in your computer or Google drive. On top of that they are really complicated when you want to cancel, for me it took more than a year, lots of back and forth and they continue charging the credit card and don’t give your money back. Horrible!!”

Hi there, we're sorry you've had a bad experience with our platform. We've seen some users create multiple accounts with active subscriptions which sometimes makes it more complicated to track down each payment and process refunds for historical transactions.

“Poor customer service and understanding of requirements. Even though I have been a customer of Enhance for the past two years I have received an arrogant respond From Volen - the founder that didn’t make the effort to read my email and response relatively to the issue. Such a disappointment!”

“This is the third review ask in last 2 days. Ridiculous. Please sort your processes out and stop bothering me. I already find your crew quite rude and this makes it worse. You need to learn to listen to clients when they first speak. You have failed to do this on mother than 3 occasions with me. Your doing all theory like you've never run a business before. Businesses are a group of humans. If your humans are doing all the silly marketing guff, rather than being real, your consultants are too. Only saving grace is your platform,. But sadly it's so noisy with direct sale hits it's damn annoying. How to ruin a solid platform. Stop bothering me Remove all the gimmicks. Hard sales I'm on a month plan. I don't need to be treated like this. You've given yourselves the name of a used care salesman.”

“text sizing is so important for any resume. pain points not allowing users to select a couple of paragraphs or bullet points to apply different styling like italic or bold not allowing user to increase text size is a serious restrictions at times undo does not work and making us redo stuff that we made a while back I have paying for pro membership and get a very basic”

“I created an CV, when was not logged in. Then, logged in with linkedin. Enhancv found my existing account (I signed up with google earlier), however it didn't save my cv anywhere. In my account there is almost empty draft and no resume I wanted to see. If system is going to dispose cv I've done, it should ask: "Maybe you want to remove one existing cv in your account to save new what you've done while being not logged in". However it silently deleted necessary cv, and kept unnecessary one.”
