“Stay away from this company. Customer support is rude. You don't have option to customize the font size. Resume spell check will not find the issue. You will get some random suggestions to improve your resume.”

“No need at all to pay for this service since there are free options available on the web (so simple as Google docs and Microsoft word templates etc.). After you make the payment then you are “stuck” there because you have to keep paying to make any small changes in your CV. Really a lot easier to have it in your computer or Google drive. On top of that they are really complicated when you want to cancel, for me it took more than a year, lots of back and forth and they continue charging the credit card and don’t give your money back. Horrible!!”

Hi there, we're sorry you've had a bad experience with our platform. We've seen some users create multiple accounts with active subscriptions which sometimes makes it more complicated to track down each payment and process refunds for historical transactions.

“Poor customer service and understanding of requirements. Even though I have been a customer of Enhance for the past two years I have received an arrogant respond From Volen - the founder that didn’t make the effort to read my email and response relatively to the issue. Such a disappointment!”

“This is the third review ask in last 2 days. Ridiculous. Please sort your processes out and stop bothering me. I already find your crew quite rude and this makes it worse. You need to learn to listen to clients when they first speak. You have failed to do this on mother than 3 occasions with me. Your doing all theory like you've never run a business before. Businesses are a group of humans. If your humans are doing all the silly marketing guff, rather than being real, your consultants are too. Only saving grace is your platform,. But sadly it's so noisy with direct sale hits it's damn annoying. How to ruin a solid platform. Stop bothering me Remove all the gimmicks. Hard sales I'm on a month plan. I don't need to be treated like this. You've given yourselves the name of a used care salesman.”

“text sizing is so important for any resume. pain points not allowing users to select a couple of paragraphs or bullet points to apply different styling like italic or bold not allowing user to increase text size is a serious restrictions at times undo does not work and making us redo stuff that we made a while back I have paying for pro membership and get a very basic”

“I created an CV, when was not logged in. Then, logged in with linkedin. Enhancv found my existing account (I signed up with google earlier), however it didn't save my cv anywhere. In my account there is almost empty draft and no resume I wanted to see. If system is going to dispose cv I've done, it should ask: "Maybe you want to remove one existing cv in your account to save new what you've done while being not logged in". However it silently deleted necessary cv, and kept unnecessary one.”

“I wish 0 stars was an option. The worst programing - constantly interrupts as you're trying to edit. No readily visible way to turn off all the functionality when working - might as well go use Adobe.”

“Platform super fantastic. Incredible. enhanceCV career counselling services terrible. Unprofessional. Definitely not customer-centric. Delusional to call themselves experts. At best masters of using the platform and ok resume editors. No concept of having a strategy conversation before executing. They think cut and pasting your existing resume into their platform is a job well done. Then embellishing stuff. Crikey... Talk about a terrible customer experience. Not once, did I feel listened too.”

“The web interface did not work properly. Words were randonmly deleted or inserted, the highlights were misaligned and I didn't get a substantive response for 4 days when I said that I wanted to cancel my subscription.”

“When I purchased the six-month service from https://enhancv.com/in Aug 2020, I thought it's a one-time purchase and did not expect Enhancv to do a recurring charge for another six-month service on my account until I got a notification from Paypal. Enhancv even did not email me the invoice directly. I contacted Enhancv customer service three times for refunding but did not get any response. Therefore, I reached out to Paypal, since the transaction was through Paypal. Paypal helped me cancel the billing agreement with the merchant on Feb 23, 2021, although my $65.94 had been sent to Enhancv before that. When I reviewed my account on the website of Enhancv on April 15, 2021, it shows that my plan was expired on Feb 24, 2021 (I think because Paypal canceled the billing agreement with Enhancv on Feb 23, 2021). That means, I paid for a service that claimed to cover a plan from Feb 20, 2021 to Aug 19, 2021, but it has been expired since Feb 24, 2021. Therefore, I would like to report Enhancv's inappropriate business practice. First, Enhancv did not actively make me as a customer aware that they will charge customers without notification after the paid period is over. Second, Enhancv charged me but made my paid service expired before it is supposed to be expired. ”

“I changed my mind 5 minutes after paying the subscrition and realising that the features offered do not attend my needs. have contacted the client service for a refund with no answer. Unacceptable.”
