“Solely because the content and what you get offered to you. Customer service is pretty non existent (24 hour response times) if you live in the US as they're in Bulgaria but the platform seems to be pretty straightforward. This is the best resume I've had so far 🤷🏽‍♂️”

“Very much love the service. If I were to give feedback, I'd suggest providing users with more freedom to edit the layout of their CV - perhaps allow for more control over font, font color, background color, font size, etc. Also making it so where one box doesn't necessarily have to match that of another. I also would like to see a few more templates, but the ones provided are good. It would also be nice to give out free subscriptions to people who provide solid feedback (hint.hint). :) Lastly, in an effort to accumulate more capital, perhaps consider providing lifetime memberships at a $100.00 rate. Several apps seem to have done very well doing this.”

“Really good guys! However I think you could look at adding another plan, call it "Touch-up" or something, where if you've already paid for a plan and it's ended, but need to make changes to your CV, say 4 months after, then it's only $5 for 2-3 days access or something. I only needed to make a few changes, but still had to pay $19.95. I don't need a month to make my updates.”

“EnhanCV is a very handy interface for creating flawless CV's online. There's a free offer for a single CV that allows to create and download a pdf of a multi-page CV if required. The functioning is intuitive and easy. I succeeded to convince employers with my EnhanCV's resumes; now I'm pro user and discovered I can create several CVs easily to represent each one of my profiles.”

“I really like the formats - modern, clean, and professional. What needs improvement is the customization. For example it's not possible to adjust spacing for individual sections or nudge sections lower or higher on the page without reordering; also it would be nice to be able to change individual section fonts versus the entire document only. I'd also like to be able to use a section 'type' more than once - for example I like the format of the 'professional experience' but want to have a second section with that same formatting/style, but call it something else - can't do that currently.”

“I like your product but there are some significant shortcomings. There is no way to adjust the size of the text and the line spacing (vertical). These are extremely important features not to have.”

“It needs more flexibility in the width and height of the block which could contain long texts (to prevent it to go on the next page); here also maybe for some stuff like experience there is no need to repeat the title of the block on the next page. So maybe also to be able to stretch the left & right column, to be able to arrange however you want your content. And one more little thing, I would personally prefer to be able to add more then one entity of a category of blocks (because maybe the structure fits also another type of information that I want to put in the resume) and also to let a block without title (for example the summary, I would personally prefer it without title).”

“Really good and easy tool to build resumes. I had a small issue and they were able to fix it right away. I would try to have costumer service for longer than just the morning but overall it was a good experience.”

“Allows for the design of CVs in quick and easy fashion and with enough customization. Has some flaws, namely only allowing for the PDF download when many ATS systems from HR require CVS in doc or docx format. Gives recommendations on writing and allows to share with friends to get their opinions on what needs to be improved in the resume or cover letter.”

“Overall good. I always get great feedback on my resume because of the beautiful template. The 'hints' made my resume significantly more results-oriented than I would have been capable of otherwise. It can be a little pushy though when I'm 'breaking' the rules. It'd be nice to have an 'ignore this hint until I edit this line again' option. Two issues I've seen this time around (I've been using you for 3 years): 1. Copy and paste doesn't work properly when editing job description bullet points. This is really really frustrating when I am re-ordering them. 2. I cannot reorder tags within the 'skills' section.”

“You provide a quite good service, thank you! As improvements, I'd like to add flexibility. What exactly does it mean? hm. For instance, skype icon in the main block or an ability to combine different occupation from one company in one section. It seems so minor things but great to have. + enrich tips/hints functionality”
