“I had a terrible experience with the insurance company and a rental I required when I had an accident with a deer. Enterprise staff, Chloe and Matt were very understanding. I was also in the middle of a move to a new home. The insurance company who I had to repeatedly contact to follow up on the approval of winter tires, continued to state that they did approve but it was not completed correctly as it was under a different adjusters name. Once again, the issue was outstanding so Enterprise Manager, Jasmine made repeated efforts to work with the insurance company to resolve the issue basically so I could complete and pay my account. Jasmine went over and above to contact the insurance company-5 phone calls, on hold, no answer and the adjuster I had dealt was not helpful. The insurance company blamed Enterprise but it made no sense. Jasmine went over and above to resolve the issue. I am grateful this is resolved. It did take a long time.”

Heathrow needs a facility upgrade but the staff namely Ayaz and Abdi made the pick up and drop off easy
Please note the citron c5 model was a terrible car to drive no head room but worked for my needs Fiat 500 has more driver space
Will keep using Enterprise for work and pleasure as I like the booking app and staff”

“We only rent from Enterprise. This last trip, we rented from Bozeman Intl Airport. Honestly, there is nothing worst than trying to look through the windshield. Every chance we got, we were cleaning the windshield. I mean, getting out of the car and not merely using wipers. The acreage of land means lots of bugs. Could we please have a scruffy like tool in the car? We overlooked the fact that the car was dirty but you guys were getting slammed. Dirty windshields are almost as bad as dirty glasses. Do us a favor please! The staff as usual we're great. Thanks.”

“It didn't!!!! First we booked a minivan, we received a Toyota Highlander. We have 6 people, with luggage. We are so cramped in this vehicle. They are not doing anything to fix the problem except for, " you don't have to fill it up upon return." What! $40! Gee thank you. We drove from Michigan to Florida all cramped up, now we're on the way back. Tierd, cramped, and cranky. We have barely any room for our legs. We only brought one duffle bag each. Could imagine if we would not have been frugal with our packing. It's so stupid. When you book, reserve a mini can, you should get that. Oh how could I forget, we still got charged the same as if we had gotten a mini van. That might be my last time with this company. Sorry to say.”
“My resent rental with Enterprise in Schenectady, NY state street location was fantastic. The entire staff was so attentive from the beginning walking through the entrance to my returning / drop off. the vehicle that was selected for me was perfect as i traveled with golf clubs and a family of 4 of us. Normally, i pick up at the airport where it can feel like a number, take it or not. This is and annual trip for me and forthcoming i will continue to choose this location and hopefully the staff remains. If there was a negative, i would say that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner, not that it was dirty just a bit used which i feel is understandable in today's work environment post covid. i do recommend this location for your car rental.”
