“The Enterprise location at 6300 Creedmoor Road in Raleigh, NC is excellent. The staff is quite friendly and supportive with any questions. i have never had any billing issues with this location either.
I was in a car accident a month ago, and they have picked me up at my home to obtain the rental, and brought me home without any complaints. Also, one of the staff members provided with names of dealerships to go to that seems very reliable. Overall, it has been a very positive experience dealing with them.”

“I know that my rental was set up through my Ins, however the staff at the Ionia location is phenomenal. They called me the first business day after my accident to let me know everything had been set up, I just needed to go in and sign a few things, and I was back on the road until I found my new vehicle. “Fort Bragg, NC First off, I would like to say that this location is on a military post, and you must have access to get to it.
Second, this location is probably busier than the airport, with smaller staff and more demand. A lot of the time when the phone isn’t ringing off the hook the two individuals help walk in customers. They have everything you need if it isn’t busy. Plan in advance.
I have rented from here several times, and they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. Imani and Von always try to meet my needs as best as possible. This team is fantastic and always makes sure my vehicles are clean and ready when needed. The convenience of this location on post is great; I don’t have to run to Fayetteville or Spring Lake on my lunch break.

“The people that work at the Rehoboth Beach Delaware and Cleveland George offices are very friendly and attentive. I rented a car in Rehoboth Beach, and while on vacation in Georgia, I had an issue with my car. I went to the Cleveland, George location and Keon and Miles was so nice and helpful. They put me in another car and I was on my way. When I returned to Rehoboth Beach to drop the car off, The people that work there were just as helpful and friendly. (I wish I could remember the girls name with the long blonde hair and I’m assuming her supervisor, that assisted me). I definitely recommend using Enterprise. I will use them again, for my next rental and recommend to family and friends.”

The dude was tweaked out and would barely help me said all he had was a Durango, I tried showing him Google even says that is not the same class. I’ll take that Telluride, sir or I’m out of here and he just proceeded to back the Durango out, scraping on the ramp just where I ended up? At home, with enterprise.
