Me and my family took a trip back home and rented the vehicle for 6 days.The type of vehicle we requested wasn’t in at the time of pickup so the gentleman that was assisting me that it’ll be a 30 minute wait before my requested car gets. So he gave me another option that he’ll give me another vehicle bigger and a lot more roomier at the same price as my original vehicle, so I accepted. “I rent all my cars from the enterprise at 6044 s. Saginaw rd Grand Blanc mi location always have a great experience from fast check in to check out at turn in time .. This trip to get a car i dealt with Elizabeth LU Luzius the only issues i had with my rental was that the car smelled really strong like reefer/marijuana LOL the trunk the inside of the car upon return I brought it to Elizabeth's attention and she was kind enough to make it right and she steered me also to speak with the Branch rental manager Johno Rodriguez who also took care of the situation and made it right very pleasant experience so I just want to reach out and say thank you both for the great experiences as always I will use the Enterprise from here on out as I always have a great experience.”
