I had called the toll-free number to set up my car rental and a 10am pick up. at 8 AM per their instructions I called and confirmed the reservation pick up.
At 10:30 no car no call. We are on a tight schedule and this was very stressful!
I called the toll-free number to find out what was going on they had no answers and for the record they never called me back - fortunately I called the local Enterprise as well. The hold was very long, they had no record of a 10 AM. Pick up. I was transferred to the manager Ellee - she was kind, apologetic and immediately went above and beyond to make it right and to send two employees to drop off the car and another car so we did not have to follow them back, as well as complete the necessary forms at the house so we could get on the road immediately!!! Ellee was absolutely incredible!!!
Ella was the young lady who brought the rental car and she was fantastic!! She was so kind, apologetic, and super efficient and completely delightful!! She was a rockstar! She even made sure our phones were connected, our luggage was in the car and ensure there was nothing else we needed to overcome the morning struggle.

“I would like to extend my appreciation to Enterprise Rental with my visit to Idyllwild, Ca. I rented Nissan Rouge from their Palm Springs location. The engine light came on a couple of days afterward. They allowed me to exchange the car in Hemet which was closer for me. I returned the car to Palm Springs. Alex was the employee that approached me at the return site. He noticed I had a problem and reduced my cost of the rental. Alex could have ignored that and I wouldnโt have known the difference. “Went to Killeen Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Willow Springs and had a little problem which was resolved quickly, but that's not the impressive part. As an Iraq War Veteran I know how to deal with a stressful situation. When I arrived at the rental office it like the flight had just landed. There were any where from 20 to 30 customers in the office to get vehicle. I watched this petite young lady handle 3 to 4 customers at a time and me being one of them. After war I have become very observative wherever I go. Today I observe a what I call a leader in action. This young lady was so energetic that I was so impressed on how she handle so many customers with different request at the same time. I had to ask her what her name was so that when I need a vehicle again or have any issues I would want to speak with AMYA because I know that I will leave as a satisfied customer!

“From the first telephone call, to the rental return, over the top customer service. I was first greeted by Kristina on the phone, arranging a reservation. Since a third party was paying, I did not have the information needed. Kristina provided the exact details needed, and when I called back a few minutes later, Robby was there to pick up with the rental. The information needed was exactly what Kristina had asked for and Robby was able to assure me the reservation was confirmed. Just before the site closing, my wife and arrived and could not have been met with a warmer greeting. It was a busy time for the staff, many folks coming and going, and it felt like we were the only customer there, So grateful for the excellent communication, from our welcome to our driving off, it was as if we were royalty. It did not stop there, the drop off experience was equally as good. Missed the name of the gentleman who checked us in, but did have a nice conversation with Damian. This is an office well run. It speaks highly of the management and the training effort. I love a good coach, and each one of the folks I had an opportunity to interact with, was excellent. “I like the extraordinary customer service when issues came up. I hated the Genesis cross over I got initially and had requested a Dodge Challenger and you made it happen in a short time frame. When my car was complete I didn't know how to arrange a pick up from the body shop and BAM, I was put in touch with the Enterprise location closest to the body shop and that location made it happen. Lastly, the rep I dealt with at the downtown location called to follow up on the return to see if that was satisfactory as well as the entire process. I also commend Alexander (the rep at the downtown palm springs location) for bringing the daily rate down to what my USAA auto policy paid.
