This trip to get a car i dealt with Elizabeth LU Luzius the only issues i had with my rental was that the car smelled really strong like reefer/marijuana LOL the trunk the inside of the car upon return I brought it to Elizabeth's attention and she was kind enough to make it right and she steered me also to speak with the Branch rental manager Johno Rodriguez who also took care of the situation and made it right very pleasant experience so I just want to reach out and say thank you both for the great experiences as always I will use the Enterprise from here on out as I always have a great experience.”
