“I rented a truck to transport storage items. The initial service was quick and friendly. The prices were flexible initially. I found the service to be convenient. Even though my pick-up location wasn't the same as the drop-off laction I was still accommodated. The service I encountered from John at the Pensacola location was warm and friendly. He was knoknowledgeable aboute fees I may attack for the different locations. He did inform me of how the close-out of the rental process works.”

The front desk representative (Ted) was crowded when arriving to rent a vehicle and constantly reassured each person thru the parking lot and lobby how they fell in line and how he would get to them as soon as possible. But the real review is when I went to drop off my rental and see the ppl before me giving (Ted) the hardest time and he was trying to show a lot of reassurance to them he was trying his best to meet their wants n needs. Even as erratic as hostile they kept being he never lost his dignity composure or show any sign of defeat. I watched him hold firm to policies n procedures (I am a manager and he has the qualities I look for in a person myself for my own career choice) even tho I rented once on the beach and this location in last 30 days I go back to 15th just bc of how I watched him handle himself!!!”

“My wife and I flew into fort Lauderdale, and actually had a reservation with a different car company when we went to their desk there was about 200 people in line and it was moving about as fast as a snail does on a cold day. And you know how damn well that goes, once we would get up to the desk they tell us they didn't have our car. Most of these companies know how to take a reservation they just don't know how to hold it.
Decided not to wait started checking the other companies no one had any cars we got to the Enterprise counter and the young man named Max was extremely, let me emphasize that EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and just a good old guy to deal with. Not only did he get us a car, but it was actually less than the other company we had made a reservation with.
If you're coming in at least the fort la.uderdale airport, don't waste your time with the other companies go with enterprise. Ask for max.
