So December 14th, 2024 I went to the New Pelham, AL location and Mike Matthews was very professional, provided above and beyond service, and genuinely cared about my needs has a customer. I must admit I was not easy to deal with and turned down multiple vehicles because I wanted something comparable to what I drove daily.
