I have not yet managed to connect the charger to my smart phone, it gets to the point of, registering EO Mini Pro with EO Cloud and just hanging, I have tried many times and get the same result. Regards

From start to finish I’ve been kept up to date and well informed. The fitter was exceptionally professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Everything has been very simple and straightforward to use and the bonus is I finally have my own charge point at home!

The team tuned up as planned on the day. All wore PPE when and where needed. The team went about the installation in a timely manner which seems to be fitted as I asked and to a high standard. Gary helped me complete the install of the app on my phone and talked me through how it worked. The charger is not overly big and doesn’t look to unsightly. Gary helped me find a lead that fitted my car and charger.All in all a great job and would highly recommend to anyone needing a charger for there EV.

The EO charger is terrific. It is so simple to use and program. Makes it so easy to charge the car and easy to program the charge. Very pleased .

The charger is excellent — small, elegant, works great. The installer (EV Domestic) was 5/5 amazing. The EO iOS app isn’t the most advanced, but it doesn’t matter because I use my car’s app anyway for charging, monitoring, etc. Very happy so far!

I was a little disappointed to find that I have bought a "dumb" charger that cannot connect to the internet. i was not aware when placing my order with you that there were different options. I had assumed that all your products in this day and age would be, unlike me, "smart". The disappointment was compounded by the fact that the charger bore a QR code that didn't enlighten me.

I am very happy with the end result of the EO Mini Pro 2 installation. The unit is very neat, installation very professional and on time. Although I experienced significant initial problems with the setup of the app and registering of the charger with EO, the second line support provided by EO was exceptional, showing great persistence to resolve the issue. The scheduled charging works really well with the Octopus Go tariff, and is easy to schedule through the EO smart home app.

Unfortunately the unit appears to be faulty. As it’s saying it’s offline and it’s not as my wi-if is working perfectly so the App won’t work at all.I’ve reported this to my installer . Scott Electrical in Leeds He’s replied on Saturday 13th saying he’s spoken to your technical department and they think they’ve had a faulty batch of units ? It seems like it will need replacing Not the best of starts I think you’d agree
