“Terrible installation experience. Blew up our house alarm and then left without helping to fix it. Cost us £90 for an alarm installer to come out and mend it. Also didn’t connect our charger to EO cloud or our Wi-fi. It took me 3 hours to get it to work which was very annoying after hearing our house alarm blaring out for 5 hours. Have an open complaint with lowri beck. But unless there’s a resolution would not recommend EO at all”

“It is early days with the charger but so far so good. It looks good & compact. The installers were professional & helpful. I would prefer some sort of locking mechanism to prevent others from plugging in when not in use.”

“Great fitment of the equipment. Your engineer was OCD which is not a bad thing in his role ...I should know as I OCD too :-) Very Happy with the work carried out and your engineer is a credit to your company !”

“Technician communicated their arrival time accurately and with plenty of notice. Was very friendly and talked through the installation clearly. Took on board what I wanted and expected, raising alternatives where appropriate. Left to the work and 2.5hrs later we had a very neat and tidy install, all exactly as discussed. Everything worked as expected first time. Communication with the office has also been clear and punctual. Can't ask for better.”
