“The charger itself works well, although I did have an issue when I used the lock function where I then had to power cycle it to get it going again. Not sure that the data in EO App wrt to solar generation and site usage is very accurate.”

“The process from start to finish was easy, couldn't ask for any more. The installer was punctual, did exactly what he needed to and completed the installation in a timely manner. The installer explained how to use the charger and the APP, he was polite, professional and tidied up after himself and explained that if I had any problems just to give him a call.”

“Overall a mixed experience. The commissioning engineer spent half the time on his phone dealing with another unrelated issue. Also the app is not very good and does not seem to be able to connect to the EO cloud.”

“The online form, interactions with EO staff and EO subcontractor were all exceptional. My house is old and this was a complicated fitting and the team were so excellent in making it happen I am sure with other providers I would not have a charger installed.”

“Really like the subdued unobtrusive presence. That means a separate charging cable though, which needs to be handled and stored. And we have had a couple of instances when the EO Hub has lost connection with the internet. But mostly it's stable and works well.”

“Compact charger and a professional install. I can't fault the communication from EV Domestic from confirming the date and helping me through the process to get the OLEV grant. On the day of the install Matt was punctual and sent a message confirming when he'd arrive. The workmanship was good and the cable routing nice and neat, leaving me very satisfied with the installation. Now fingers crossed my EV arrives next week as scheduled!”
