“The first shipment got lost in the mail. Epic Cosplay was very responsive and resent the shipment, tailoring the re-shipment to my request of adding tracking. I paid the tracking fee, and they sent it right away. I ordered samples, and they all arrived in pristine condition. I'll be happy to order from them again.”

“I purchased a wig for a cosplay for Anime Expo. I came across this website through word of mouth and social media. The UI is very intuitive and I had no trouble navigating and finding what I needed. No problems with check out or shipping. The wig shipped and arrived very quickly! I'm quite amazed at the quality considering how affordable it is.
