“This was my first time ever buying a wig. After looking at a few sites and recommendations I decided to go with epic cosplays! Absolutely the right choice. I bought the Demeter wig which was on a slight back order. The customer service was greatly appreciated. They checked in with me to make sure I would receive my product in time. Arrived within two weeks which I was pleasantly surprised about! Very pretty and the perfect length. Overall I’m highly satisfied!”

“The wig was very well styled and safely packaged! But what was most impressive was the customer service. The wig I ordered was on backorder and a very last minute order for an event. But they kept me updated on the new shipment, and made sure the wig came in time. Couldn't recommend this company enough!”

“I ordered 3 wigs, 2 ponytail clips and 1 bang clip and they are all phenomenal. The colors are exactly what I want, the cuts are amazing and the hair is so soft! “Amazing! The customer service is next level! They accommodated my quick timeline and provided and shipped the product really fast while keeping me updated! My item was originally delayed, but when I reached out to ask for accommodation on my schedule, they responded very kindly and made sure that my order would arrive on time. AMAZING service! Overall, I am super happy with the customer service and the wigs. The company is US-based, and I live in Europe, but the high quality makes the longer wait and higher prices worth it. This company is super reliable, and the wigs are thick and high quality. I recommend it for anybody looking for great cosplay wigs!”

“I bought this wig for my daughter who has started getting interested in cosplay. She chose the wig for her Kasane Teto cosplay. The wig arrived rather quickly, just a few days after ordering. The wig comes with three parts, one is the overall wig then 2 clip on curly parts. The wig alone was stunning but the clipped parts were just as nice with beautiful curls. The clips clip on very well and hold nicely throughout the day. All of the wig parts are incredibly soft and very easy to manage. There were no major tangles and was relatively easy to keep tangle free.”
