“The wig itself is wonderful, very high quality. I ran into quite a few issues once my order was placed, but the customer service team was so lovely and helpful and it really felt like they genuinely cared about the issues I had and wanted to help, and we were able to get everything resolved relatively quickly and painlessly”

“Very thick wigs, excelent for heavy styling. They can be a smide shinyer than other brands, though I've noticed my more recent wigs have gotten less shiny, so it may be that they've changed their fibers semi-recently. And for me the price and the lack of tangles makes any small shiny-ness worth it. Shipping is very fast, I've ordered while living in both Los Angeles and the rural Midwest area and every time my order has arrived on time, if not early, the location hasn't hindered delivery at all which is very impressive.”
