“Amazing quality as usual, did struggle with shipping this time round (which I have never experienced before with ECW) which was probably due to COVID and other factors - not the fault of ECW, and yet they emailed me double-checking that I was still happy! Brilliant customer service and a brilliant product”

“I bought 4 different wigs, they were all very beautiful and amazing quality! They are thick and so soft and comfortable to wear!! Colors are so beautiful and vibrant😍 Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to cosplay or just wants to try new hairstyles and colors. Definitly will wear for daily wear as well 🖤🖤🖤 (Pics aren't high quality, sorry)”

“It's my second time buying and look like I won't be looking for wigs anywhere else. I'm once again very happy with the quality of all the wigs I got, straight out of their bags is already noticeable how full the wigs and this is one of the things which amazed me since the first one I got. Despite I had some issues with the order and deliver I'm still 100% satisfied, the people behind the customer service had been super nice and helped me with everything which in my opinion is the most important thing whenever problems occour. I'm definitively going to get here my next wig!”
