“I have always had positive experiences with this company. Almost all my wigs were purchased from here and each one was high quality and went beyond my expectations! “The wig arrived super quick and was packaged well! Ordering from Epic Cosplay is always a breeze, but I'm glad that the color in the photo was dead on to the real deal! I've had wigs in the past (mainly the blonde ones) where they look nothing alike to the photo, so this was a huge stress relief!”

“I love this website. They have amazing, real, constant communication and helpfulness. One of my orders arrived within a week, and the other, they email you about your back orders and other options available if desired about every week or two. Their wigs are high quality and seem very nice, fairly realistic, and nontoxic. I will be stopping by here first for all my cosplay obsessions from now on.”

“ordered and received 5 color samples. all fine-no issues or problems. on the checkout page or the confirmation email, it would have been nice to know there would be NO shipping/tracking info forthcoming. they just came in a regular, first-class stamped, #10 business-size envelope, which was fine, but since this was not noted when checking out or in the confirmation email, i continually kept checking back on the order page for tracking info and wondering why it was never updated....”

“I actually had this shop recommended to me by my supervisor at work since she cosplays as well, and I was having an wig emergency and had to get new wefts (I ordered from another wig online shop, but no updates on my wefts and they’ve been in transit for a month.). Luckily, these shipped fast and will happily be shopping from here from now on.”
