“Very responsive when it comes to recommendations, questions and concerns. Issues with shipping, DHL tends to lose packages or have it go missing for a few days. A better shipping company might be helpful for those who choose expedited. I got my package but off schedule by a day or two which messed with cosplay work time.”

“I adore this company the wig quality is amazing and exactly what the pictures show. I had a problem with one of their wigs and emailed them about it. they were very helpful and while letting me keep the wig gave me a 20$ gift card to use on their website.”
