“Totally unprofessional conditions. Car reports for $1 and then $49.99 that is automatically charged about a week after. Once a person wants the money back, there is no chance. The car report was great, but this attitude towards customers is sick. Rating the lowest and I recommend to "don't use their services"”

“My PayPal was used without my consent to purchase what appears to be a trial through EpicVin. I was then charged for a subscription. I called the 800 number and the representative was extraordinarily unhelpful. I have disputed this through PayPal, but I also have collected a comprehensive list of the names and info for each member of the EpicVin team. Every single staff member will be hearing from me repeatedly until I receive a refund. Every single one. This company has a reputation for being a scam, for tricking people out of their money, and for refusing to assist customers with refunds. I will be happy to begin circulating information on every staff member of this company so that others who have been cheated can take further action.”
