“So apparently a wallet card is included in the price you pay for the course but ONLY if you know to select that option before you actually compete the course .. otherwise you don’t get a wallet card unless u purchase it for $10. Of course I had no idea of this and I finished the course so I won’t be getting a wallet card I think it’s crazy to pay later for not knowing this . Other than that the course was fine. Just giving anyone else a heads up . That’s all”

Hello Cecilia, A wallet card is available to download and print in an electronic format (PDF). All courses come with that. A plastic wallet card (the $10 card) is a convenient item for customers that have completed the course, in the event that they wish to have a better quality wallet card than the laminated paper one, as those will tear up very fast. This is a card that we mail to the customer (physical delivery).

“In all, the course did what was promised and the price is right, but the canned narrative has to be replaced. It's not the least friendly or engaging and bores me to tears in several minutes. It has all the elements of a quick buck made from a purchased book and presented as authentic. Who knows if OHS will actually accept this certificate? I have no idea. I did it for my own business.”

Hello Terrence, We have 33 courses, some of which use a real man voiceover, some will use a real woman voiceover and some will be AI voiced over. Customers are complaining about all 3 options so what we did was to give the customer the option to mute the voice-over completely. Considering the most recent feedback, we are going to give it one more try and hire someone new to do a voiceover on one of our courses and compare the feedback. We always strive to improve the quality of our services but sometimes, you simply can not satisfy everyone.
