It took a bit to figure out how to navigate the program. But great that I didn’t have to read everything. Could be shortened a bit as some was repetitive.

was easy to use but was unable to purchase the wallet card. Would not take my postal code. Hopefully after reading this someone will call or email with a way to get the card.

Hello Gregg, If the order form does not accept your Postal Code it's because it has to be in a certain format XXX XXX So a set of 3 characters (letters and numbers) + Space + Another set of 3 characters (letters and numbers). If this doesn't work for you, feel free to reach us at contact@esafetyfirst.com for our support services.

It’s a great way to review & practice safety issues especially with the chemical we use every day. It’s important to get an update. I wish i have a print out. Would it be possible to cut down repetition in such valuable course. Thanks

It was very good, but I think you still need practical classroom guidance as well.

One of your question stems was incorrect. It asked for which of the following are compressed gasses and then listed a number of corrosive substances.

I've taken hundreds of these courses over the years. Although very important they can be very dry and boring. The instructor Edward Schmidt was fantastic and made the course enjoyable.

Liked how the information was put together. It was easy to follow along and the quiz at the end was hard but not to hard. I found most of the information was also easy to understand and very informative.

So apparently a wallet card is included in the price you pay for the course but ONLY if you know to select that option before you actually compete the course .. otherwise you don’t get a wallet card unless u purchase it for $10. Of course I had no idea of this and I finished the course so I won’t be getting a wallet card I think it’s crazy to pay later for not knowing this . Other than that the course was fine. Just giving anyone else a heads up . That’s all

Hello Cecilia, A wallet card is available to download and print in an electronic format (PDF). All courses come with that. A plastic wallet card (the $10 card) is a convenient item for customers that have completed the course, in the event that they wish to have a better quality wallet card than the laminated paper one, as those will tear up very fast. This is a card that we mail to the customer (physical delivery).
